Fibrous MAX
Specially designed extrusion processes give ViskoTeepak the possibility to supply certain Fibrous products with extra high flat width. This product is called MAX. It gives the highest potential for critical shirring applications in the market.

When using the casing properties in an optimal way in shirring, the customers can generate a number of benefits, based on the fact that a larger inner bore of the shirred tube can be achieved, which then allows for an increased diameter of the stuffing horn. Potential improvements exist in the following areas:
-Reduced stuffing pressure gives less load on the stuffing equipment, resulting in less downtime of the stuffing machines
-Faster stuffing speed
-Less fat formation on the surface of the sausage results in reduced drying time and increased utilization of the dry room capacity
-Improved particle definition of the final sausage
-More consistent final diameter of the sausage with improved slicing yields
-Larger cuts of meat can be stuffed through a larger horn with higher quality and an improved appearance of the final product.
